Services that we offer include 24-hour care, 7 days a week for people requiring safe, effective, comprehensive care in the comfort of their own home.

Our team have experience in providing care of the highest standard to people with complex care needs. We are able to visit you and carry out a nurse-led assessment to create a support package that meets all of your needs for your ongoing physical and emotional wellbeing.

Founded on personal experience, with a passionate aim to provide high quality well-led person centred clinical care
and support for every Person We Support, our services maximize personal choices, safety, and promote
independence by ensuring the PWS takes a central position in all of our decision making processes.
Promoting well-being emotionally and physically by ensuring the PWS has the ability to lead a rewarding and
fulfilling life through our services care and support focusing on their best interest and quality of life at all times. The families of all PWS will be involved in their care and support with a safeguarded, inclusive approach.
